 In this role, you will be responsible for: 


Manage end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of programs within Pan-J&J IM Sales Excellence capabilities, including setting the overall plan and objectives of the programs, coordinating with L&D Experience and Enablement to build and execute, managing day-to-day program operations, and monitoring / evaluating to ensure the business needs are being met.  

·        Define program objectives and roadmap strategy within respective Sales Excellence capability area 

·        Manage day-to-day operations of Sales training programs and support in coordination with respective Sales Learning Business Partners 

·        Collaborate with Sales LBPs and Pan-J&J IM Sales Excellence Lead to direct the planning, implementation, and management of projects in accordance with strategic demand plan for J&J IM L&D 

·        Develop program deployment plan/schedule for assigned areas based on demand plan and any ad hoc priorities 

·        Liaise with J&J IM Learning Experience and Enablement team to ensure all activities related to development of content, delivery support, and LMS tasks are completed 

·        Track and manage allocated budget for program 

·        Execute the ongoing maintenance for Sales Excellence capability portfolio / programs based on Sales LBP guidance to ensure up-to-date Sales Excellence capability offerings 

·        Have deep expertise on Sales Excellence capabilities and stay up-to-date with evolving business strategy and dynamic shifts in internal/external talent market  

·        Act as a key liaison for Design and Development team resources as needed to design and deliver quality learning solutions, and ensure the standards are being met 

·        Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Sales Excellence capability programs in coordination with respective LBPs, and continuously update programs in alignment with the J&J IM L&D strategy and direction 

·        Conduct facilitation for Sales training sessions 


Required Minimum Education :    Bachelor’s Degree; Masters in Learning Preferred 


Experience and Skills:  


·        3+ years of project management experience is required 

·        2+ years of learning & development experience is required 

·        Experience with sales principles required 

·        Ability to create consultative business partnerships and to collaborate with business leaders to ensure superior business results is required. 

·        Experience managing a budget is required 

·        Business experience and industry knowledge to influence company/franchise level decisions and strategies on how best to develop talent required. 

·        Ability to lead cross-functional work teams is required.  

·        Excellent project management, leadership, influence management, collaboration, organizational, and communication skills are required. 


·        Experience with curriculum maintenance preferred. 

·        Experience with learning delivery and facilitation preferred. 

·        Experience evaluating learning program effectiveness preferred. 

·        Experience with Sales Capability Development L&D is preferred. 

·        2+ years of Leadership experience preferred 


The base pay range for this position is $99,000 to $170,200. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
