The Strategic Marketing Associate Manager in VCC is responsible for Brand & product management 

The Strategic Marketing Associate Manager oversees a wide array of business aspects below;

  • Implementing comprehensive MFCL&Toric professional marketing strategy and plans. Accountable for end-to-end holistic MFCL&Toric professional communications in line with company business and MFCL&Toric brand strategy.
  • Partner closely and contribute product communication with PA/Liaison and global team (GSM, PED, R&D) as the No.1 potential market to shape global MF&Toric CL strategy together 
  • Responsible for collaborating on hub communities for professional MK in CORE and PA.

Duties & Responsibilities / 職務および職責

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive MF&Toric CL professional marketing strategy with a deep understanding of professional insights and plans for Direct to Professional activities through the Sales team.
  • Contribute to increasing sales by accompanying sales representatives, encouraging them through fully leveraging science-based knowledge, and utilizing sufficient communication skills with doctors
  • Develop and implement CSM-based product claim development for professionals and manage product FABe in line with global strategy.
  • Develop other contents development that includes sales materials for professional, in-clinic materials, sales/staff training materials and Gakkai materials etc.
  • Leverage the expertise of KOL, CO and MSP to effectively achieve company’s short and mid/long term goals. 
  • Organize and participate in medical conferences, trade shows, and other events.
  • Develop launch readiness plan for new products, especially professional MK front
  • Contribute for professional related KPI attainment for MF&Toric CL business.

Qualifications

  • More than 3 years experience in professional marketing/sales area with direct healthcare professional interaction.
  • More than 3 years experience working in Cross-functional. Team lead experience with such diverse teams is a plus
  • Experience working with R&D regarding new innovation is a plus
  • BA/BS degree (or higher) required. Certified Orthoptist(CO), PHD, MBA is a plus

  • Powerful verbal and written communication skills are required (i.e., PowerPoint, in-person, email) 
  •  Ability to manage multiple project timelines, budgets, and project resources with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment required
  • Fluent English in writing, verbal communication, and presentation enough to shape global agenda, get credibility and attain global support
