Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Sr Analyst, Distribution Process Owner (DPO) Documentation for an 24 Month based project located in Memphis TN, Raritan NJ. Remote work options within the United States may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the company.

This position will drive a flawless brand-new Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation, on time, on cost and on scope for the MedTech Memphis Logistics Center (MLC) and our Satellite Distribution Center (SDC) network attached to strategic MAKE sites. The replacement of the WMS is a key strategic Initiative within the Ethicon and CSS Business Units that will upgrade aging infrastructure platforms to secure our business today and become the cornerstone for future transformation of our distribution capabilities for the customer. This project will lay the groundwork for the development and deployment of key capabilities (People, Process, Automation, and Technology) to improve efficiency and effectiveness, whilst keeping our customer’s needs central to what we do. This project will lay the foundation for the Tier 1 Distribution Centers Global Template.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and document in partnership with the operations, 3PL, and Process Leads User stories and requirements
  • Develop and maintain all Business SDLC documentation to ensure validation of the new WMS (URS, Functional Specifications, etc., etc.)
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and document test cases for validation of the solution.
  • Work cross-functionally to develop and document training for the execution of all systems functionality
  • Effectively prepare and communicate status reports regarding key milestones, deliverables, considerations, and risks within the sub-workstream to the broader workstream.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure documentation and validation of systems in accordance with current GxP/SDLC processes and requirements
  • Manage risks effectively, identify potential problems early, and assist in resolving or raising issues as appropriate

Qualifications

Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required; focused degree specifically in Logistics, Supply Chain, Systems or Business preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Medical Device sector/industry experience
  • Minimum two (2) years of related distribution experience
  • Experience with executing within a WMS system.
  • Experience with authoring and maintaining SDLC documentation
  • Experience working with Computer Systems Validation methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving, communication and influencing skills
  • Consistent track record to work cross-functionally
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a multifaceted environment.
  • Attention to detail and a drive for ensuring data accuracy and integrity

Preferred:

  • E2E supply chain knowledge and experience, such as operations, network planning and/or systems implementations
  • Experience with E2E Supply Chain Systems (ERP, TMS, MDM, Planning, etc, etc)
  • Experience in Ethicon, & CSS Supply Chain processes
  • Experienced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Agile Methodology knowledge and experience

Other:

  • The anticipated salary range for this role is $76,000-$121,900
  • J&J Flex: JJ&J’s enterprise way of hybrid working for eligible office-based employees requires at least 3 days on-site with the option to work up to 2 days remote per week.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%-50% of the time, domestic required. Location dependent.
  • Position located in Memphis, TN with consideration for other US locations
  • This position is eligible for severance
