The Medical Devices segment produces a broad range of innovative products used primarily by health care professionals in the fields of orthopaedics, neurovascular, surgery, vision care, infection prevention, cardiovascular disease, sports medicine, and aesthetics. This segment is comprised of One Ethicon, DePuy Synthes and Cardiovascular & Specialty Solutions.

Territory Manager EndoMech & Energy, Poland

Location: Podlaskie, Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodships

In that role you will be responsible for achieving EndoMech&Energy product sales to new and established hospital accounts to accomplish sales objectives and greater market penetration. This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

·       Promotes products & procedures to hospital staff and develops a strong relationship with customers.

·       Serves multiple large and/or key accounts in a prescribed territory.

·       Schedules appointments and makes preplanned sales presentations to customers.

·       Initiates contact and schedules appointments with potential new customers.

·       Makes regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions.

·       Identifies customer needs and recommends new products to address them. Develops customer and product focused presentation packages for sales.

·       Conducts competitive research and uses to tailor presentations.

·       Prepares sales reports and documents as required. Develops and recommends specific sales plans and new product launches.

·       Handles customer questions and issues in a way that is consistent with product indications and sales training methodology.

·       Collaborates with other departments to ensure a timely resolution.

·       Provides input to sales forecast for business planning.

·       Relays relevant market information to management.

·       Identifies potential impacts to business.

·       Creates proposals for expansion of customer base. This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.


We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

·       Sales experience from pharma or medical devices business would be an advantage

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·       Ability to adapt and react to dynamic and changing circumstances in the market

·       Creativity and initiative supported by past experience

·       High level of engagement and responsibility, resistance to stress and difficult situations

·       Very good knowledge of English, Polish language on native level

·       Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)

·       Mobility (availability to travel frequently)

·       Driving license – category B
