Job Description

Responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to the healthcare professionals with the aim to bring our innovative treatment solution to our patients. Furthermore, lead and develop an effective and successful sales team.

Key Accountabilities  

·        Implement Business Unit (BU) strategies to accelerate hospitals listing, ensure sales goals and targets are achieved.

·        Manage, coach, and develop an effective and successful sales team.

·        Make regular visits to identify customers’ needs, provide treatment solution to HCPs, and gather information on orders and market conditions.

  • Collaborates closely with other departments to achieve company objectives and ensure a timely resolution.
  • Develops and maintains sales forecast and submits to management.
  • Relays relevant market information to management.

·        Identifies/analyzes potential opportunities to business.

·        Complies with Integrity and compliance standard.
