General Summary /  職務概要

The Commercial Operation Lead is accountable for CEH commercial and operational processes for a CEH business sustainable growth.                     

This role analyzes as is the status on CEH's overall commercial processes and optimize them to achieve sales objective and strengthen organizational capability further. This position shapes new ways to supply products efficiently to customers and consumers to increase profitability. through orchestrating the cross-function efforts across the various departments, including Deliver, Quality, RA, and Finance.

Duties & Responsibilities / 職務および職責

  • Shape Commercial and operation innovations and processes to drive CEH business for sustainable growth to deliver sales goals and improve profitability. The scope ranges from internal commercial processes to operation processes from factory shipping to customers/end users deliveries.
  • Optimize and streamline the processes and governance for overall CEH processes.
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functionally agile decision-making. This includes (but is not limited to) operational processes and SKU trade-off planning based on sales and cost analysis.
  • Act as a champion of CEH to connect to the supply chain group and bring customer-specific and external perspectives into CEH-related matters to explore opportunities for continuous improvement

Qualifications

Key Requirements (skills, competencies, experiences, certifications) / 必要要件(スキル、知識、経験、資格)

Professional and Academic Experiences

  • More than 3years of working in healthcare, OTC or FMCG industry.
  • Working on product supply, any process improvement title is a plus.
  • Commercial and customer face experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Well-developed understanding of integrated end-to-end Commercial Operation of the consumer-driven market, including upstream & downstream interdependencies, trade-offs, and opportunities
  • Strategic thinking ability and big picture orientation thinking balanced with attention to detail
  • Demonstrating leadership courage and stepping up to address tough challenges
  • High tolerance for ambiguity in a complex environment with positive resilience and empowerment of others
  • Excellent collaboration and organizational skills required
  • A positive, committed attitude required
  • Business-level English
