Roles and Responsibilities：
Directs the development and preparation of short-term and long-range sales/profitability and other goals plans and budgets based upon BU’s goals and growth objectives.
Makes timely decisions and balances short-term needs with longer term strategic impact.
Develops and establishes BU operating policies consistent with the policies and objectives as set by Immunology Business Unit and top leadership in the organization and ensures their execution.
Appraises and evaluates the results of overall operations regularly and systematically and reports these results.
Maximizes BU’s performance and productivity from insight generation to strategy development.
Identifies, directs, and participates in acquisition and future growth activities, including investigations, evaluations, and negotiations in accordance with BU’s objectives.
Builds organizational capabilities and allocates appropriate resources to achieve growth goals.
Requirements of the role:
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Strong influential power and good collaboration
Fluency in the English Language
Competent professional knowledge and background in pharmacy business
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate our team
A person with flexibility to adapt to challenging situations and ability to work under pressure and quality oriented
Ability to engage multiple business partners to deliver results to succeed in delivering top and bottom line growth and experience in managing budgets
Use initiative to improve long term business results, and know how to leverage resources internally and externally for developing China pharma business growth
