Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. (Strategic Customer Group) is recruiting for a Manager, 340B Advanced Analytics, located in Raritan, NJ or Titusville, NJ.

Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. (JJHCS) provides contracting, supply chain, business services, and strategic solutions to customers and commercial intermediaries of U.S.-based Johnson & Johnson companies, including hospital systems, health plans, distributors, wholesalers, purchasing organizations, government payer programs, and government healthcare institutions in the U.S. JJHCS also engages with customers to provide streamlined supply chain services for our products that seamlessly integrate with customer operations, address shared evolving market challenges to value-based care, and develop innovative solutions that improve patient care and access.

The Manager, 340B Advanced Analytics is responsible for the development of analytics, data mining for policy needs, and policy operational support. In addition, the person in this role will be focused on analytics in support of policy compliance, insights and performance.

Cross Functional Partnering and Collaboration:

Collaborates with SCG Strategic Contracting, VAP, Payer Marketing, Brand Marketing, Business Analytics, JJHCS ECS and others to support the development of standardized analytics and dashboards to track and communicate insights from contracting data.

Maintains a high level of communication with business partners to share market insights, business insights and contracting insights, and is integral in the business planning process.

Partners with IT and participates in the initiatives to support strategy development, launches and operations.

Development of Analytics:

Develops in-depth analysis of strategy performance and ongoing operational data necessary to manage policies and to demonstrate value achieved as a result of strategy launches.

Identifies key trends and insights while using knowledge of strategies and external environment to develop customized business solutions and makes recommendations to internal business partners. Works in partnership with the Institutional Business Group, Pricing and Strategy, Business Analytics and JJHCS.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

5 years of overall business experience with a minimum of 3 years in the healthcare industry (Pharma, MedTech and/or Consulting) experience required.

Ability to extract, organize, integrate and analyze large data sources with tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python required.

Proficient in use of advanced data processing software required. (QlikView, Tableau, SAS)

Excellent communication skills (written and presentation) required.

This position is based in Raritan, NJ or Titusville, NJ. Requires the ability to travel domestically up to 10% which will include occasional travel to other offices.

Preferred:

Advanced Degree or MBA preferred.

3 or more years of contracting, business development, business analytics, or finance experience preferred.

Experience in working in Pharma and/or with 340B Drug Discount Program.

Experience in roles within Contracting, Finance, Systems, Pricing, Sales & Marketing and working knowledge of price concessions offered through pharmaceutical Customer contracts is preferred

Experience with industry contracting systems such as Model N/Revitas and with pharmaceutical rebate data is preferred.

The base pay range for this position is $97,000 to $166,750.  The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.  Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus.  The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.  Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.  Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.  Additional information can be found through the link below.
