The Product Manager will be able to develop and implement salesforce-delivered and non-personal promotional strategies in the multiple myeloma marketplace. This position reports to the Product Director for Professional Promotion and will serve as a core brand team member.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop insight-driven messaging and assets to drive business goals. Critical assets include sales materials, websites, journal ads, search strategies, and emails. Ensure robust execution in close partnership with field sales leadership.
  • Assist with designing a media plan aligned to strategy and leveraging a differentiated digital approach.
  • Develop content for sales meetings and partner with learning excellence, engagements & operations teams to ensure that field teams know materials and are optimally prepared to execute.
  • Partner across functions to implement and maintain a strong omnichannel strategy that delivers the right message to the right customer at the right time. Ensure integration with field dynamic engagement plan.
  • Maintain a promotional tactical plan and manage the budget.
  • Assist with developing competitive messaging, and monitor the marketplace to adapt and maintain market leadership. Collect and distill field and customer insights to shape future messaging.
  • Be a strong partner with legal, compliance, and regulatory through both standard and agile review processes.
  • Work closely with the commercial excellence team to translate data into meaningful insights that shape promotional strategy.

Qualifications

Required:

  • BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare business sector experience (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Management, etc.).
  • Proven experience in critical marketing proficiencies, with a track record of delivering results by partnering across functions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Two years of pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
  • Experience in digital marketing and vendor management preferred.
  • Experience in analysis, customer/market insights, marketing execution, and agency management.

The role is based in Horsham, PA and will require up to 25% travel.
