Janssen Inc. is looking to hire one Patient Experience & Operations, within the BioAdvance department.
BioAdvance is an industry leading Patient Support Program offered by Janssen to patients on our products within the many therapeutic areas we offer medicines in.
This opportunity will provide you with an outstanding perspective on delivering industry leading Patient Support Programs in Canada across multiple therapeutic areas. Additionally, this will help build insight and perspectives on patient journey and experience delivery, large vendor/partner/agency management, data analytics and contracting.
Program dates: 4 months (May 2023-Aug2023)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role you will have the opportunity to work with the BioAdvance operations team supporting a national network of clinics and specialty pharmacies. Some key areas of focus include:
- Patient Experience: Conduct a strategic review of key current programs and related operational processes to find opportunities to improve experience, effectiveness, and efficiency.
- Operational Excellence: Analyze operational excellence and clinic performance metrics to build a model for proactive identification of emerging issues.
- Marketplace assessment: Conduct a review of available programs to specific patient populations and assess.
Qualifications
EDUCATION:
Enrolled in an MBA program; and having successfully completed the first year of the program
Experience and Skills:
REQUIRED:
- Minimum 2 years work experience prior to the MBA is required
PREFERRED:
Orientation to customer/patient experience, design thinking and operational excellence is an asset, however not required

- Proven cycle of success in the development and implementation of innovative customer solutions that drive return
- Ability to rapidly generate rapport, to build, and to leverage relationships

- Advanced ability to work independently and lead initiatives; Demonstrated results and performance driven
STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL, ORGANIZATION, AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS
- Good verbal, presentation and written communication skills; English-French bilingualism an asset
