Position: Regional Marketing Manager - Biosense Webster
Sector: Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices
Working Location: Anywhere in APAC
Responsible for overall product sales and marketing activities of Biosense Webster (BW) in Asia Pacific region. Connect and engage with global strategic marketing (GSM), other global stakeholders, local marketing leaders and product managers to establish business and product strategies, maximize new product introduction (NPI) through Launch Excellence (LEX) framework and robust communication strategies.
Responsibilities
• Deliver overall business plan through supporting clusters
• Provide business insights through timely report
• Address key business risks and operation issues to find solutions through collaboration
• Support marketing director for annual planning cycle through connecting with regional finance and local marketing team
• Lead development and implementation of regional NPI plans with Launch Excellence (LEX) framework to streamline and maximize NPIs in the region
• Connect clusters with GSM for flawless NPI and make sure resource allocation
• Support clusters for existing product inquiries, order process and module licenses
• Manage product changes
• Planning and execution of external communication through major congress and regional and local customer event collaborating with cluster marketing teams
• Enhance timely internal communication within the region
• Share best practices among countries
• Institutionalize regional collaboration schemes
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degrees or above
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in medical device sales and marketing
• Experience in NPI and marketing communication
• Excellent English communication (Writing & Oral) ability
