Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals.    

It is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, this position may be conveyed with New Consumer Health. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to the successful candidate by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and would be subject to any necessary consultation processes.   

Job Description:

The Sr. Manager, will be responsible for orchestrating capability development for the eCommerce channel with focus on shaping the long-term end-to-end supply chain strategy through customer collaboration and partnerships. The leader will lead an influence cross-functional teams of peers and stakeholders focused on driving value and growth to the channel through alternate supply chain solutions including but not limited to new packaging, planning, manufacturing and distribution solutions.  In addition, the candidate will:

  • Responsible for setting the vision and strategic objectives for the end-to-end customer experience & eCommerce
  • Develops/Monitors metrics as appropriate to support KPI's initiatives using appropriate systems to drive engagement, culture shift, and meet identified goals
  • Serve as Supply Chain SME as apart of the global eCommerce squad
  • Work with our E-Commerce Partners to accelerate our Deliver capabilities
  • Track industry trends and recommend new opportunities to enhance reliability, speed, and flexibility improving Customer promise for eCommerce orders.
  • Key focus areas but not limited to Supply Chain Segmentation, Portfolio and Packaging design, Next generation planning capabilities and new go-to-market distribution models for Pure Play, Omnichannel, E-pharmacy and Marketplace customers.
  • Execute global projects to develop and grow eCommerce segmented capabilities including exploring Supply Chain innovation opportunities for future technologies to improve processes, achieve operational excellence, and establish a competitive advantage as needed.
  • Function as the Global E2E SC representative facilitating actions across key functions enabling eCommerce value chain
  • Partner with commercial to build out the supply chain requirements for the key initiatives by developing multi-year strategic plan to grow the business and meet the aspirational targets.

 The anticipated base pay range for this position is $113,000 to $195,500. 



  • A minimum of Ten (10) years of related work experience in total supply chain or commercial function is required with related experience such as manufacturing, distribution, planning, project management, procurement, engineering, or sales.
  • Previous experience in large Supply Chain organizations with a progressive track record of success is required.
  • Previous leadership in managing cross-functional teams
  • An entrepreneurial self-starter with strong oral and written communication skills along with the ability to influence across functional levels
  • Ability to navigate in highly matrixed environment to achieve alignment and connect functional partners to deliver on key outcomes.
  • Experience in global process development is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership, management and technical capabilities, commitment to mutual accountability
  • Collaboration - able to build strong partnerships internally and externally with customer focus
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership 
  • Ability to understand and utilize financial analyses to make good decisions in a manufacturing and corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, implement, and achieve significant, complex goals and objectives.
  • Broad project management skills
  • Demonstrated experience of base financial planning, costing principles, and budgeting is required
  • Demonstrated experience managing ambiguity and white space required
  • This position will be located in Skillman, NJ and may require up to 10% Domestic and International travel based on business needs
