Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting a Product Manager – Conf Room, AV, Streaming, Events to support the Consumer Health Business. This position can be located globally.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals.     

It is anticipated that, following the conclusion of the transaction, this position may be conveyed with New Consumer Health. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to the successful candidate by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and would be subject to any necessary consultation processes.

Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting a Product Manager – Conf Room, AV, Streaming, Events to support the Consumer Health Business. The position can be located globally.    

Responsibilities: 

  • Continuously analyze Collaboration Suite of services focusing on Conferencing (Teams, Zoom, 6Connex, webcasting, events), Visual Collaboration (Mural/ MS WHiteboiard), MS Forms 

  • Advanced knowledge of M365 configurations to ensure the best end user experience for all end users.  

  • Partner with 3rd party service providers enabling the services and capabilities globally 

  • Delivery of in-scope services per current SOPs and approved OLAs/SLAs. 

  • Ensure services are delivered in a quality manner and in compliance with all corporate, and standard operating procedures and processes using Metrics, Compliance Checks and Reports. 

  • Single point of contact for streaming and events to coordinate seamless digital experience 

  • Create required documentation, knowledge articles and communications related to end user services deployments 

  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure testing and preparation for new and updated releases and been conducted. 

  • Perform root cause analysis and remediate cloud conferencing issues related to day to day, new or updated deployments when they arise.  

  • Deploying Teams & Zoom services, Visual Collaboration (Mural, MS Whiteboard)plus 3rd Party application & security patches 

  • Provide leadership for local, regional and/or global projects and activities undertaken by IT in support of its mission as opportunities arise. Achieve specific target goals on time and within specifications. 

Qualifications

Position Requirements: 

  • BA/BS required

  • 6+ years of relevant technology experience  

  • Ability to multi-task with solid analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Ability to organize priorities and act with a sense of urgency when necessary. 

  • Industry best practice knowledge of M365 (Teams, MS Whiteboard, Forms, webcasting, events, integrations, automation, and deployment. 

  • Ability to troubleshoot advanced OfficeM365and conference system problems in a complex matrix environment. 

  • Knowledge of data & usage analytics tools and processes 

  • Cloud and client based troubleshooting capabilities to enable global deployments 

  • Strong knowledge of change management processes and tools from an ITIL perspective 

Preferred Competencies:

  • Degree in STEM field preferred  
  • Knowledge and understanding enterprise ITSM solutions, ServiceNow preferable
