Job Description

We are searching for a Cluster Finance Manager (CFM) Intern to join our Global Services Finance team from May to Aug 2025. The CFM Intern is mainly responsible for providing specific business and project related support to MRCs and markets serviced by J&J Global Services – Manila.


Key Activities

  • Lead and collaborate with Cluster Finance Managers and other GS Process teams to complete and deliver projects as assigned
  • Assist in closing, monitoring and open issue resolution during monthly/quarterly closing activities whenever necessary
  • Work with CFM in completing and enhancing balance sheet, trial balance and P&L reviews with stakeholders and difference process teams.
  • Ensure that adequate and effective internal controls are in place and that processes and policies are established and documented in compliance with WWP, ICH, DTP and other control requirements
  • Work on continuous improvement programs to standardize and improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience across various entities
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager









Qualifications


  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field
  • Excellent communication skills in English – written and verbal.
  • Amenable to working onsite at our Paranaque office at least 3x a week; Remote on other days
  • Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in-writing
  • Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Good knowledge of MSOffice Tools i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Learning agility, adaptability to change with a growth mindset
