The Program
The International Recruitment and Development Program (IRDP) is a leadership program* that hires high-potential MBA and Master’s students from around the world and helps them develop into the leaders of tomorrow. The program is a career differentiator: IRDP participants gain the expertise and experience they need to take on leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson.
*IRDP is not rotation program. You can cultivate your career journey based on your experience, capability and aspiration.

※This year we are only accepting applications in the Medical Devices sector. There are no openings in the Janssen Pharma (Pharmaceuticals) sector.

Who We're Looking For
- Must have completed an full-time MBA or master’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years or more of relevant professional experience prior to enrolling in a full-time Masters level degree program
- Fluent in both English and Japanese
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Ability to develop solutions using data-driven insights
- <only for Finance position> Financial technical skill (Accounting knowledge, working experience in Finance/Accounting, Certification (USCMA, CPA etc))
