This position is located in Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA and may require up to 10% travel within the New Jersey/Pennsylvania area and occasionally across North America.

Role
We are recruiting a Technical Platform Analyst role within our Innovative Medicine North America & GCSO organization, with primary location based in either Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA. This role is a high impact position with the opportunity to Co-lead Agile scrum teams as a product analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile scrum team as product owner/manager, owning the product backlog, crafting user stories and acceptance criteria in partnership with business analysts, prioritizing new feature or enhancement features, bugs, and discovery or tech tasks based on perceived user value, metrics and release planning. Set, communicate and keep team focused on sprint goals.
- Continuously measure, monitor and analyze the performance of our digital products to identify new opportunities and validate value creation.
- Engage with our wider IT community and relevant communities of practice to align standard methodologies and ensure all aspects of technology needs are considered in the selection and integration of new technologies
- Devise a roadmap for the core platform capabilities and services that will allow us to operate our platform with greater agility and speed to meet customers evolving needs.
- Partner with both internal IT and brand business partners across the JJIM brands to identify customer needs, perform market research analysis, competitive landscape discovery, and MVP definition.
- Collaborate with multi-functional business and technology partners to align needs and requirements; translate business opportunities to technology solutions in collaboration with engineering, solution architecture and development teams.
- Responsible for end-to-end quality and delivery of platform implementation and product strategy.
- Drive a test-and-learn culture throughout the team to transform product ideas into activities and outcomes, incorporating overall business objectives, market and compliance needs and financial drivers.
- Enact processes, governance, operational and communications structures to deliver with consistency, quality, compliance and speed.
- Monitor industry trends and work closely with internal and external partners to identify new technologies and approaches to address evolving needs across digital channels.
Befähigungen
Education:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Information Architecture, Computer Science, or a similar field. Advanced degree is a plus.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- 5+ years leading strategy and development of digital products and solutions, delivering large scale and high-performance digital applications for large companies.
- Deep knowledge of product management space including product incubation, value proposition, MVP definition, usability testing, customer / market research, and defining go to market strategies.
- Understanding of issues covering site architecture, user experience (UX) and navigation; familiarity with software quality assurance and test processes.
- Agile/Lean Development Experience with Agile methodology, Test Driven Development, QA automation, and DevOps processes.
- Extensive knowledge of managing digital platforms and the setup and management of teams which deploy on these platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, design thinking, communication and influencing skills, including ability to drive adoption of new thinking and approaches.
- Project Management experience delivering medium to large scale digital projects from concept through delivery and supporting continued operations.
- Ability to produce clear, detailed, concise user stories, acceptance criteria, objectives and key results, and artifacts to convey concepts and ideas, as well as release plans and roadmaps to convey delivery plan.
- An ability to analyze and understand data and trends and deliver process improvement plans to address opportunity areas identified, and assess and report on performance and value delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully and build relationships with marketing teams, IT colleagues, agency partners and technology vendors.
- Experience leading teams, developing talent, and championing diversity and inclusion.
- Desire to continually advance personal and team knowledge of digital trends and advances in the industry.
Preferred:
- Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Front end development, systems architecture, or engineering experience.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, review, and grow technical teams and talent.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 USD
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
