Innovative Medicine Transcend is a multi-year global business transformation initiative that will modernize our end-to-end Pharmaceutical Supply Chain foundational capabilities by harmonizing our disparate ecosystem of 7 major J&J IM ERP systems, standardizing our core business processes and products [across Plan, Source, Logistics, Make, Quality, Order Management, Supply Chain Finance and Data], and enabling our integrated data strategy through a single SAP S/4 HANA instance.
As part of the technology team of the Innovative Medicine Transcend Program, you will be accountable for working with a team of functional experts in driving the Solution integration between Supply Chain functions to ensure that solutions support end to end business processes and requirements while maintaining the integrity and reliability of the ERP template.
You must use a refined, multi-functional tool-set of business expertise, technical knowledge, and digital competence, and to engage and operate with both business and IT program teams at an execution level, as well as with senior leadership at a strategic level.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design Methodology and Governance: contribute to improvement and adherence of design methodology and governance for the program.
- Cross functional Solution Design: Own cross functional design topics end-to-end. Drive design for topics from the gathering of requirements to end-to- end solutioning, including technical architecture, cross workstreams.
- Quality of design: Ensure Quality of design by contributing to the design governance boards. Actively improve the overall design by educating on good design principles, challenging solutions and drive a clean core template approach.
- Cross functional conflicts: Drive management, resolution and reporting for cross-functional conflicts and dependencies. Attend the Scrum of Scrums to support decision making on impediments.
- Design readiness: Contribute to design readiness, methodology, the involved KPI’s and provide status reporting, for Business User Story Writing, Process Design, Key Design Decisions and Solution Road-mapping
- Assessments: Support assessments for Capital Appropriation Requests, release scheduling and program execution
Befähigungen
Education:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree or MBA highly desirable
- Preferred area of study: Information Technology, Supply Chain
- Certification in areas of expertise as S4H are preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- Minimum 8 years relevant work experience,
- Minimum overall 6 years relevant hands-on SAP experience in at least 2 functional areas (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance)
Preferred:
- Deep End-to-End understanding of Supply Chain flows in multinational operations and how primary functions integrate with one another (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance, Master Data) from process and solution point of view
- Strong Knowledge of SAP-ERP integration across Planning, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution and Financial Accounting and System Integration with the ERP ecosystem. Applied knowledge of S/4 HANA is preferred.
- Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry and good Knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance regulations.
- Experience in large scale cross regional business transformation programs, Agile methodology and solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation
- Demonstrated success in leading multi-functional topics without authority. Experience in collaborating with partners in both business and IT organizations. Good communication and influencing skills
- Strong problem-solving stills with ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
- Flexibility, thriving on change and able to adapt to it. Solid sense of urgency and ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000 - $170,200.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. · Please use the following language:
