Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an HCP Engagement Senior Analyst, Professional Relations and Operations for our MedTech business to be located in either Warsaw, IN; West Chester, PA; Cincinnati, OH; Palm Beach Gardens, FL; or Raynham, MA. Candidates must be able to be onsite 3 days per week with 2 days remote work.

The HCP Engagement Sr. Analyst, Professional Relations & Operations, is responsible for the administration of US and OUS health care professional (HCP) and entity (HCPE) consulting engagements including Service and Payment processing within DePuy Synthes & Ethicon. The role has advanced responsibilities which may include supervision, training, and administration of more complex engagements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Vets and clarifies US or OUS engagement request details from business partner to ensure engagement is compliant and meetings company policies and guidelines in accordance with the HCP's contract.

·        Interacts directly with HCP consultants as needed in regard to engagement, payment or contractual related matters 

·        Collaborates closely with business partners, Healthcare Compliance, Law Department, and Finance to ensure engagement business matters are met in a timely and compliant manner 

·        Has training responsibility roles within the team which include training new associates and training new engageNA business partners.

·        Follow up on any outstanding Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure payments are being processed in accordance to departmental goals.

·        Ownership and accountability to comply with acceptable department goals for cycle time and accuracy for HCP engagements and payments 

·        Functions as solution-oriented partner for internal and external stakeholders supported by Professional Relations & Operations

·        Compiles responses to requests in support of testing, audits or litigation inquiries 

·        Prepares reports for management and business partner when appropriate.

·        May be responsible for supervision, assignment and prioritization of duties for Johnson & Johnson associate(s) or BPO contractors.

·        Ability to apply independent problem solving and decision making within the established J&J, Healthcare Compliance, and Professional Relations related policies.

·        Participate on any special projects as assigned



A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.

Required Experience and Skills:

Strong professional verbal and written communication skills

Strong leadership behavioral principles - Connect, Shape, Lead, Deliver are required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Certifications/Licenses and Affiliations:

·        Minimum of 3 years business experience required with experience in Life Sciences preferred

·        Experience with cross-functional teams and matrix organizations required

·        Highly Proficient in the Microsoft Suite of Products; specifically in Excel, Word & PowerPoint is required

·        Experience with procurement processes preferred

·        Proven ability to understand, execute and support business strategy

·        Prior experience in any of the following; Professional Education and/or Commercial Education, Professional Relations, R&D, Health Care Compliance, Medical Affairs/Operations, Sales Training, Sales, Customer Quality, Sales Management and/or Marketing is strongly preferred

·        Comprehensive understanding of legal terms such as Intellectual Property, Conflict of Interest, etc.

·        Minimal travel required (10% or less)
