The J&J Global Public Health/Global Community Impact (GPH/GCI) team is recruiting for a Director of Access & Program Strategy for Vision, based in New Brunswick, New Jersey, an exciting opportunity to make a positive difference! Consideration will be given to candidates in Jacksonville, Florida.
Sight is the way we experience the world, learn and remember, and what we fear losing the most. It is the most dominant of the five senses and plays a crucial role in every facet of our lives. More than two billion people around the world suffer from visual impairment, a number expected to double by 2030. Health equity gaps persist, particularly in low resource settings. Our vision is a world where everyone can see, and we will bring the best of Johnson & Johnson to help address equitable access challenges in areas such as cataract blindness and myopia.
You will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of subject matter experts with different strengths and capabilities, passionate about growing equitable access to quality healthcare.
