Overall purpose of job: |

Ensure that any temporary/special responsibilities are included] · Under the leadership of GAMA Head, take responsibility for central reimbursement, pricing government affairs and NRDL implementation, develop the reliable long-term strategic partnership with key stakeholders, contribute to JJIM business with healthy growth.
· Responsible for rolling out of department level strategies, initiatives, projects to upgrade team organizational capability, and to define overall local access strategies, governance, process, and performance KPIs to ensure teams performance in line with target to deliver positive business contribution.
· Take responsibility of comprehensive pricing strategy for both in-line products and new launches throughout product lifecycle.
· Lead access marketing of bidding & reimbursement.
· Management of department overall resource (HC & CE) plan and optimization.
· Channel Management Strategy

· Priority setting · New initiatives rolling out. · Performance KPIs setting. · Organizational capability upgrading · Team capability building · Resource planning, evaluation & optimization · Cross-team collaboration
Pricing
New launches: · Responsible for holistic pricing strategy (self-pay & reimbursement); · Ensure pricing strategy reflect product value. · Ensure pricing strategy follow government regulations and policies. · Ensure pricing strategy consistent with global, regional, and local guidance and strategies.
In-line products: · Manage bidding price. · Key cycles (BP, JU, NU, 5 years’ LRFP) pricing forecasts and assumptions for business planning. · Optimize pricing opportunities to maximize business outcomes. · Anticipate and model pricing impact of changes in policy.
Access Marketing
Bidding: · HQ bidding strategy. · Closely monitor regulations/policies across provinces to identify opportunities and risks and take actions in time. · To ensure high bidding successful rate to maximize business opportunities. · Provide guiding principles/SOP to local/cross-function teams to ensure efficiency and compliance. · Collaborate with BUs to provide solid supports to meet business needs. · Actively participating industry activities
Reimbursement: · Closely monitor regulations/policies across provinces to identify opportunities and risks and take actions in time. · Maximize reimbursement opportunities for all products to drive business growth. · Provide solid supports to local teams to shape favorable policy environment.
Team development
· Responsible for team talent development
GAMA HQ Agenda:
· Establish and develop stable and good relationship with central reimbursement and pricing government agencies. Shape favorable policy environment and order. · List JJIM’s strategic products into NRDL in regulated period. · Keep close to the central reimbursement and pricing policies updates, make policy analysis to identify the opportunities and risks based on JJIM’s business, and integrate internal and external efforts to shape policy environment., · Provide government affairs and policy support through close collaborate with market and sales team and understand the requirement. · Establish professional image for JJIM in central level through actively participating and coordinating industry activities and meetings. · Provide support to provincial market access and related affairs.

[Insert text detailing any special requirements for the role e.g. specific technical skills, language proficiency] Requirements & Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree or above with related majors with medicine, pharmacy, or law · 10 years or above of government affairs experiences in foreign or joint ventures · Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and good collaboration with other teams. · Good characters, active, kind and honest, foresight and competitive awareness, self-motivated, and can bear pressure. · Advanced computer skills, English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
