About this Role

This role is within the HK JJV, a small but lively team. You will be one of the marketers working on the ACUVUE brand. You’ll be responsible for the top priority ACUVUE sub brand(s) and projects that will drive total ACUVUE and business growth. We will expect you to explore new partnerships and opportunities to increase brand accessibility and improve consumer journey with us.

Job Description

·       Support and achieving ACUVUE brand, business growth targets and play a critical role in driving contact lens penetration with wearer recruitment and retail (optical) partnership

  • Drive category growth with demand generation programs
  • Plan and execute end-to-end consumer journey (B2B and B2C) from appealing category selling story to customer and lead in all consumer communication touchpoints including instore, media, CRM
  • Own ACUVUE (sub-brands) communication, pricing, promotion, new product launch and trade activations
  • Discover category growth drivers, consumer insights and new business opportunities to shape the category and retail environment
  • Work closely with professional education team and sales team to have deep understanding in retail environment and support in customer development and brand recommendation
  • Partner with Regional Marketing Team and HK cross-functional team to drive innovation and deliver business goals
  • Manage A&P with expertise in budgeting, forecasting and pay-out analyses. Implement process improvements
  • Initiate and apply market research and data analytic to deliver insights and develop insights to practical plan
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the company's sales and marketing programs and strive for continuously improvement
  • Own marketing copy clearance processes to ensure all internal and external communications are followed with compliance
  • Manage 3 rd party agencies
  • Act as project leader to support organizational and department growth 



  • Excellence in presentation, communication and influencing skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate in marketing and have growth mind set for own development

Job Requirements:

·       Holder of Bachler Degree

  • Minimum of 5 years business experience
  • Solid experience of product go-to market strategy and execution
  • A strategic thinker with strong business acumen, analytical and numerical skills
  • Channel / trade marketing experience is preferred

·       Trade visit in HK twice a month

·       Travel not required for daily operation
