The Associate Director, Patient Insights & Analytics, is responsible for generating, integrating, and translating insights and analytics into patient support program growth opportunities as well as shaping decisions and driving organizational action across the Janssen franchises. This position will be the main point of contact for the Culturally Inclusive and Relevant Marketing team and Patient Experience Excellence team with Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS). This individual with closely partner with cross-functional teams across the PECS Commercial Insights and Strategy (CIS) Market Research (MR) and Integrated Analytics (IA) leads to identify opportunities to enhance and streamline Patient Experience. Specifically, they will lead analytics and market research efforts to assess and measure patient centric program effectiveness, while uncovering new insights and points of commonalities to increase patient fulfillment, support, and adherence.

The individual must have exceptional leadership skills, having demonstrated the ability to lead collaboration across teams, inspire without authority, and encourage smart risk-taking. This individual must have the tenacity and fortitude to pursue novel solutions and analytics that address the needs of patients who are considering and/or have been prescribed a Janssen therapy. This individual will be personally accountable for making Credo-based decisions and fostering a Credo-based culture.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as Market Research and Integrated Analytics CIS point for the Culturally Inclusive and Relevant Marketing Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions (PECS) team

  • Integrate market research and analytical insights to build a comprehensive and holistic understanding of the market dynamics and unmet needs to shape and refine patient and customer focused solutions across Janssen.

  • Understand the post-script patient journey and define market research and data strategies that will help support the business needs, while minimizing friction for the patient.

  • Lead comprehensive assessment of patient programs inclusive of perceptions, execution, advanced analytics, and impact metrics including underlying business rules and visualizations included in the cross Therapeutic area and SDOH Insights Dashboards.

  • Develop goals and objectives to supervise and guide direct report(s).

  • Apply basic consulting skills, including consultative listening, problem definition, hypothesis generation, data analysis, translation to value, and oral and written presentation for impact.

  • Collaborate across the CIS teams to integrate customer experiences insights across functional and therapeutics areas.

  • The ability to demonstrate leadership courage in order to set boundaries and ensure time is spent on the most critical/high value projects is critical.

  • Stay abreast of emerging healthcare & pharmaceutical industry trends and assess their potential impact on our franchise business strategies. Act with speed, agility and accountability.

  • Cultivate meaningful internal and external partnerships, adding value and insights for the organization; being insight driven to uncover important unmet needs.

  • Present complex issues in a clear and persuasive manner effectively communicating recommendations to cross functional teams and brand teams.

  • Take personal accountability for making Credo-based decisions and fostering a Credo-based culture.

Befähigungen

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of related professional experience is required
  • Current or previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry, including knowledge of pharma datasets, is required
  • General management mindset, business acumen, strategic thinking required.
  • Advanced analytical skills with strong ability to interpret data and make informed projections/assertions is required
  • Proven analytical skills and learning agility in order to coach and train colleagues across multiple functions required.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate and leverage insights and analytics required.
  • Experience in developing comprehensive and impactful recommendations and solutions that drive key decisions required.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and define the problem with a disciplined approach to solving is required.
  • This position will be located in Horsham, PA or Titusville, NJ and will require up to 10% domestic travel

The base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550.  The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.  Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus.  The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.  Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.  Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.  Additional information can be found through the link below.
