The Digital Surgery team is using robotics and digital tools for surgical teams to increase the performance, accuracy, and safety of surgical procedures. We are creating an extensible operating room ecosystem to support our surgical products. Our vision is to build a process of continuous improvement through analysis of intra-operative and post-operative surgical data.
The Senior Software Product Owner is part of an Agile team of software and product development professionals crafting software for digital surgery products. Work closely with team members to build and maintain a product backlog according to product strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product features

Build product roadmap based on business needs.

Managing the product backlogs and continuously prioritizing them based on changing requirements

Develop user stories for features within the product development backlogs.

Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints
Befähigungen
Required:

A minimum of a bachelor's degree

At least 2 years of product ownership experience

Familiarity with Agile development practices

Good communication and presentation skills
Preferred:

A master’s degree

Experience working in a highly regulated environment, medical devices in particular

Direct experience in bringing medical devices to market through the 510(k) -submission process

This position is located in Boston, MA and may require up to 10% travel.
