Role summary

EMEA Deliver Analytics Senior MedTech Analyst manages assigned key dashboards and related data flows, manages independently related improvement projects, drives further automation, especially in conjunction with One-stop-solution project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop visualization of assigned dashboards especially in conjunction with One-stop-solution project
    • Collect requirements
    • Manage timeline and development coordination
    • Produce wireframe and prototype
    • Build the solution, test it and hand over to operational owner
  • Drive assigned data flows automation
    • Automate assigned data flows
    • Identify cross-segment opportunities for automation best practices
  • Improve customer experience connected with assigned reports
    • Understand customer needs (in conjunction with analytics segment lead)
    • Drive improved customer experience (mainly via improved visualization)
    • Identify cross-segment opportunities for automation best practices
  • Own portion of analytics competency model related to visualization tools
  • Identify and own element of analytics competency model
  • Track trends in this area, share and mediate that to the rest of analytics team and community
  • Prepare introductory training, as well as approach of training with applied examples and coach analytics team members once applying these in practice
  • Contribute to identification of further analytics opportunities
  • Actively participate in data infrastructure workshops and other occasions to identify
  • Stay aligned (with segment analytics lead help) about business and analytics priorities of the segment


Experience and Skills: EMEA Deliver Analytics Senior MedTech Analyst should have knowledge and experience in following areas with the main emphasis on Business Knowledge, Data and technology and Analytics:


Project and portfolio management, especially requirements gathering and software development project execution

Time management and prioritization

Information management - OneNote, Teams, SharePoint, PPT                                                           

Vision – Brainstorming


Physical flows, Business model, Business priorities, Data available

KPIs – OTIF, Cost to serve, Customer experience, Transportation                                                                      


Basics - Advanced Excel

Process data - Alteryx

Connect data – PowerApps                                                                         

Display – Power BI                                                                         


Diagnostics analytics, Pareto analysis, root cause analysis, descriptive statistics, applied statistics

Alongside these analytics-specific competencies, this role is part of virtual team so ability to work in virtual environment efficiently is essential as well as excellent level of written and spoken English, ability to clearly form ideas and share those as well as customer centric approach and life-long learning attitude.
