Excellent business partnering to support growth by providing financial insights, solution, and decision making.
Actively engage in planning process (Annual budgeting and Cycling updates) and work with BUs to ensure alignment between business strategies and execution.
Prepare the monthly highlights for LTs, regional team for business review.
Support business by preparing regular financial dashboards, management reports & commentaries.
Work closely with the regional finance team and global service team in areas of financial planning, updates, process standardization and implementation of guidelines.
Assist Finance controller to ensure that BUs financial targets are met - incl Sales, Operating Expense, Profit.
Close oversight monthly/quarterly closing activities to ensure financials are correctly reflected in compliance with the company policy and GAAP.
Able to independently perform financial evaluation and work with related parties for business initiatives, e.g. new product launches, product promotions and ad hoc financial analysis per management’s request.
Contribute to maintain/improve strong internal control environment, e.g. facilitating and guiding biz partners to understand and apply SOPs and update as necessary, identify risks and proposing potential solutions etc.
Provide training and guidance to commercial partners on finance basics and operation procedures when needed.
Assist and drive local/regional/global key initiatives per managerial alignment.
Ability to manage complex business issues, projects, and processes.
Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Accounting & Finance or equivalent.
Minimum +5 years related experience in business partnering/financial planning and analysis with preference for matrix organization. Phara experience will be a plus.
Quick learner and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Good team player, well organized and result oriented.
Strong analytical and presentation skills, able to deep dive on numbers and provide insights for decision making.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint, with SAP & Anaplan experience preferred.
Potential will have 2 staffs report to him/her, depend on candidate's experience.
