We are the J&J Innovative Medicine Biologics Asset Management team, and our team is taking care for the production assets. We are improving the reliability of our installations, facilities and buildings located at our site in Leiden. Many parties are involved, both internally and externally, in our core tasks. Safeguarding the health and safety of our patients, our employees and our environment is an important spearhead of the Manufacturing Asset Management team.
You will lead the site team in the preparation, execution and follow up of internal and external audits; The safety and quality specialist, will be advisor for the leadership team for QESH related topics, and participate in the safety and quality boards. You will own site operational standards and processes in the Quality and EHS area, such as permit to work, LOTO, change control and machine safety. An important part of the job is the continuous improvement of these processes and developing and maintaining dashboards and performance indicators to support these improvements. Besides this you work on growing the safety and quality culture by training and mentoring the team.
资格
- Strong affinity to compliance, focusing on quality or safety related investigations in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in a strongly industry like pharma, medical devices or food- and beverage manufacturing is preferre
- Our preferred candidate is a change agent and strong communicator at different levels in the organization with a proficient level in English language.
- This role requires process thinking and problem solving skills, we are looking for qualifications like CoThink, RCPS, Lean / Sig Sigma green or black belt
- A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred
