Senior Finance Manager – FP&A Vision EMEA
Base Location: preferred Locations UK or Ireland
Travel: 5%
Johnson & Johnson Vision recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager, to lead the FP&A function for the EMEA region across the Vision Care and Surgical Vision Franchises. The preferred role location is Pinewood UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Shape the development of the Vision EMEA FP&A team, both within the region and as part of the Global FP&A function.

Lead and communicate the regional planning calendar to ensure timely consolidation and review
-
Collaborate and inform Global Vision FP&A, ensuring regions planning requirements and actuals are understood

Drive standard financial budgeting, forecasting and planning processes and harmonise between Vision Care and Surgical Vision

Present Regional consolidated financials and plan to the EMEA Board and ensure targets are understood met.

Drive and develop harmonised standard reporting and analytic services across the franchise

Collaborate with functional partners as Account to Report(A2R), Invoice to Cash(I2C) or Principal Inventory Costing(PIC) teams to ensure activities are supported across tier

Drive ongoing process improvements to standardise and simplify ways of working.

Build a high performance team and be responsible for talent development. The position has 7 direct reports and 1 indirect report.
A key focus for the role will be supporting the transformation of FP&A processes as part of the Corporate Signify program. The implementation lead for the region reports into this position. It will be essential to support the program and to play a leading role in change management. The transition will require the development of the key responsibilities to ensure that the FP&A function and finance team is set for success within the new Signify environment.

Education:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s level degree is required, preferably in accounting or Finance

CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certifications is preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
-
Relevant finance, accounting or business experience
-
Knowledge of financial planning, reporting, data analytics, audit processes & SOX controls and USGAAP.

Driven to achieve results and demonstrating hands-on approach.

Ability to partner with, influence and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, including senior management

Ability to motivate and empower others to achieve a desired action

Strong understanding of standard methodologies in Accounting and Financial Systems, including SAP

Experience of working in a complex, multi-ERP / system environment
