We are searching for a HR Data Operations Intern to join our Global Services HR team from January to May 2025.
Job Description
- Support the team in complex workforce data maintenance that requres elevated Workday access, in support of Local and Regional HR Servies
- Help drive global consistency and compliance in workforce data processes in Workday, ensuring data accuracy and monitoring observance of global processes
- Complete Enterprise Interface Builder (Mass Upload, Correction, and Rescind Requests)
- Provide guidance to Local/Regional HR Services on Workday transactions, business processes, and on EIB process questions and template completion
- Maintain monitoring logs and coordinate resolution of specific integration-related processes (Taleo, Inspire, JJEDs etc.
- High quality service delivery and stakeholder management in case handling

- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field
- Amenable to working onsite at our Paranaque office at least 2x a week; Remote on other days
- Excellent communication skills in English – written and verbal
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel
- Proactive and detail-oriented with advanced administrative and organizational skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, sound judgment and decision-making skills
